Frequently asked questions about Pro
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Pro includes everything in Starter plus more artist slots, priority support, and playlist pitching. On the pricing page you can see both plans side by side.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both are possible. With yearly payment you save compared to monthly payment. You can see the current benefit in the price box above.
Do you keep a share of my royalties?
No. We don't keep a single cent of your royalties, 100% go to you.
Do I have to book the extras too?
No. Release extras such as Priority Distribution, Chart Registration, or Release Protection can be added per release in the release assistant whenever you need them. The prices are listed on the pricing page.
Do I need an ISRC and UPC code?
You don't have to worry about that. You get the ISRC from us for free, and the UPC is assigned automatically by the distributor. If you already have your own ISRC, you can enter it when you create the release (it can only be changed until you submit it).
Can I change my plan later?
To change your plan or billing interval, just write to us via the dashboard and we'll help you out.
