How the charts work
Three steps: from submission to the Top 50.
Pick a chart, submit your song – the community decides the rest. Results are tallied anew every week.
Submit your song
In the dashboard, choose the right chart and submit a song from your catalog or from another label. You can have up to 25 songs in the running per chart at the same time.
We add it
A support ticket is created automatically for every submission. We review your song, add it to the chart, and let you know via the ticket.
The community decides
Logged-in members vote in the dashboard – once per day and song. Every Monday, the week is tallied: the Top 50 go into the chart history, and everything starts over.

How are the charts created?
Solely through the votes of our community. Logged-in members can vote for each song once per day in the dashboard. Every Monday, the week is evaluated and the rankings are recorded.
Who can submit a song?
Anyone with a free OneCrewRecords account. You can submit songs from your OneCrewRecords catalog and - depending on the chart - also songs that were released through another label.
Does submitting cost anything?
For each chart, there is a one-time submission fee. You can see the amount directly under "Pricing" on our site. Voting is free for all members.
How many songs can I submit at the same time?
Up to 25 of your songs can be active in each chart at the same time. A song that is already in a chart cannot be submitted there a second time.
How often can I vote?
You can vote again every day - once per day for each song. This way, every song has the chance to climb higher right up until the weekend.
What happens if my song drops out of the Top 50?
During the weekly reset, songs ranked below position 50 drop out of the active chart. Their previous placements will still remain visible in the chart history, though.
Is a top placement guaranteed?
No. We add your song to the chart - how far it climbs is decided solely by the community's votes. Share your song with your fans so they can vote for you.
Is my placement also guaranteed in the Spotify playlist?
Once we've added your song to the chart, it will also appear in the official Spotify playlist for that chart. However, a specific position isn't guaranteed: the order on Spotify follows the community's votes live. Every vote updates the playlist automatically, and the song with the most votes of the current week sits at the very top. During the weekly reset on Monday, songs ranked below position 50 drop out of the chart and therefore also out of the Spotify playlist. The more fans vote for you, the higher you'll land.
